water dispenser nespresso machine
The room had a water dispenser on each floor. I refilled my bottles daily. also, i found the nespresso machine in the room very useful!
The check-in processing was a bit slow. There weren't enough staff at the front desk.

coffee machine decent size
the hotel is near central station, so access was easy. the room included shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer and a nespresso coffee machine, those were useful.
the television didn't function .

updated bathroom nespresso machine convenient location
the updated bathroom was excellent , it featured a quiet environment on the 15th floor. a nespresso machine was available , alongside complimentary capsules in the room. the location proved convenient , situated two blocks north of grand central station.
the check in process was longer than i expected.

convenient and clean
fantastic location coffee machine rooftop terrace
The location was fantastic for getting around. i liked the coffee machine in the lounge area. It was very convenient. the water refill stations on each floor were a nice perk, i found them very useful. the rooftop terrace was great!).
the check-in process took longer than expected and was a bit confusing. i had to wait about half an hour for my room to be checked by housekeeping after i arrived.
